Return Policy

HopGear strives to provide each patron with superior customer service by resolving any purchase problem as quickly and as easily as possible. Customers may return an item purchased from HopGear within 30 days of purchase, provided the following terms and conditions are met. Please note that not all items are covered by our return policy.

1. RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION. All HopGear returns and/or replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please contact a HopGear customer service representative by calling 800.952.4873 or e-mailing returns@hopgear.com with the subject RMA Request.

2. PRODUCT REPLACEMENT. Customers may request a replacement for their purchase within 30 days of the order ship date for any of the following reasons: defective Item and/or incorrect item.

Upon issuing an RMA, HopGear will send a pre-paid shipping label for return of the wrong and/or defective item. Once the original product (including the associated RMA number) has been received, HopGear will ship a replacement in alignment with all HopGear shipping policies.

3. PRODUCT REFUND. Any unopened, original condition, apparel item may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the order ship date. Refunds will be in the amount of the purchase price only, excluding shipping and handling, and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please note that publications are not returnable after purchase.
