Jennifer moved from an island in Alaska to Yakima when she was just a teenager. She attended the University of Washington and obtained a BA in Art History and Anthropology in 1997. After her graduation, fond memories of Yakima brought her back to the place of her youth. Searching for a fulfilling career, she has managed a retail-clothing store and worked in the finance office of a local hospital. At the recommendation of a past employee, she came to work at Hopunion, and hasn't looked back since.

Currently she is one of the friendly voices you hear on the other end of the line when you place an order. She also is handling collections and many other miscellaneous duties within the office. She is very much a goal oriented, hard working, perfectionist who strives to handle questions and problems as efficiently as possible focusing on the satisfaction of the Hopunion customers. Her fellow co-workers know her to have a well-rounded sense of humor. Jennifer's interests include crafts, painting, reading and shopping.
