1.0 lb Munich Malt (8%)
0.5 lb Caramel/Crystal 20L Malt (4%)
0.5 lb Caramel/Crystal 80L Malt (4%)
0.5 lb Carapils Malt(4%)
0.5 lb Wheat Malt (4%)
0.125 lb Chocolate Malt (1%)

Hops:
90 minutes – 0.5 oz Cascade (5.75% AA)
45 minutes – 1.0 oz Cascade (5.75% AA)
0 minutes – 1.0 oz Cascade (5.75% AA)

Yeast:
White Labs English Ale (WLP002) or your favorite English Ale yeast

Notes:
Mash at 152 degrees for 60 minutes
Boil for 90 minutes
Cool to 67 and pitch starter
Ferment for approximately 7-10 days then rack to secondary for 2 weeks
