Each month, we highlight a beer recipe from our pilot brewery or a fellow home brewer. These recipes are designed for a five gallon system, but can be adjusted to fit a variety of batch sizes. Whether you are brewing beer at home, or as a nano brewer, these recipes can be utilized to highlight a variety of our most popular hop and beer styles. Each of the hop varieties included in these beer recipes are available to home brewers through our small packaging line. To locate a supplier and find where you can buy these hops, click here.

This month's featured beer recipe comes straight from the Hopunion Pilot Brewery and our very own brewer, Will Harrison. It features our newest proprietary ipa hop blend, Zythos, and is a favorite among the Hopunion staff.
